Here it is another new week. The weather is warm and sun in shining what more could we want.

I want to talk today about home buying. This is the perfect time to buy a home, if you have been discouraged with the news and all the negative talk don't listen.

Talk with your lender, ask them about interest rates, then talk to a Realtor and as them about home prices. Your decision to buy needs to based on your individual

situation. Right now you can buy cheaper than renting. Rental prices will be going up due to the amount of foreclosures and homeowners losing their homes will

need to rent for 5 to 7 years. This opportunity to buy will not last, interest rates will go up and home price will also in the near future.

Road Closure for Hwy 30 to Hagerman, Idaho

Traffic delays and temporary closures are expected through Hagerman starting today, as the Idaho Transportation Department conducts road preservation work along U.S. Highway 30.

Traffic will be done to one lane. This is expected to last for a week.

A new week

Well the holiday is over and the kids are back in school. The weather is cooling over and a new season is beginning.

I wanted to update you on the First Time Home Buyers Credit, it appears that it is not as solid as we had hoped.

There's no serious talk of reinstating the homebuyer tax credit, the White House and real estate industry trade groups say, quashing speculation that followed statements Housing Secretary Shaun Donovan made on a Sunday morning news show.

This is apart of an article written by Inman News.

But that is not all bad news, interest rates are the lowest we have seen in many years, housing pricing are low, the inventory of homes is high. Now is a great time to buy and enjoy equity in later

year. There is a reason to buy now though, private mortgage insurance premiums will be going up Oct. 4th. so if you are thinking of buying in the real near future you may want to contact

your lender and talk to them about how to get a home purchased before this increase. Of course if you need help in located a home I can help you please call or email me and I will send

a list of homes to preview.

I do have an open house coming up this Saturday on a nice rual property in Buhl. This was know as the Valley View Lavender Farm for years. It now being sold as a residential property with

land and home only. This property is worth looking at. Peaceful setting with many possibilities. Open house Saturday Sept. 11 from 1-3 PM. Hope to see you there!!!!
